Before
you head out the door to walk, ride your bike, or play your favorite sport,

Blood sugar a little low? Have a
snack.

Blood sugar really low? Treat

Are your ketones moderate or
high? Do Not Exercise! Treat your ketones as recommended by
your doctor.
