CANCELLATION POLICY
All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing and postmarked on or before August 31, 2004. Cancellations postmarked on or before August 31, 2004 will receive a full refund less US$50 processing fee. Cancellations postmarked between September 1, 2004 and September 16, 2004 will receive a refund less 50%. Refunds will be mailed 30 days after the conclusion of the meeting.  Cancellations postmarked after September 16, 2004 will not receive a refund.

ADA has negotiated reduced sleeping room rates for this meeting.

Please be sure to indicate that you are attending the American Diabetes Association’s Research Symposium to receive the ADA group rate. If you require special accommodations as outlined in the Americans with Disabilities Act please be sure to indicate this when you make your reservation. Reservations made after September 2, 2004 will be subject to availability and are NOT guaranteed the group rate.  If you would like to extend your stay, the group rate is available 3 days before and after the official meeting dates contingent on space availability.

Cancellations must be made 72 hours prior to the day of arrival in order to avoid a charge of one night’s room rate. You must call the hotel directly at Tel: (USA) 800-233-5959 or international  (847) 678-4488 and obtain a cancellation number from a reservation agent.
